Legal qualification

These terms and conditions apply when you store with us (or visit our services, apps, and websites). If you need anything, you can always contact our customer service team. These terms and conditions are important to both of us because they provide clarity to both parties. We keep these terms and conditions and the latest information on the help pages and will change them from time to time, so don't forget to review them before you store as these are always the latest general terms and conditions that apply.

We encourage you to print a copy of these terms and conditions and keep it for future reference.

 

Minimum requirements for placing an order

If you want to place an order you must be at least 14 years old. Also, credit cards or debit cards accepted by us must be used (for more information about payment providers, see bottom of page). The user of the credit or debit card must be authorized (for example you may use the card or the state in your name).

 

Placing an order

When you place an order, you should receive an email confirming receipt of your order. We then perform a standard pre-authorization check to make sure there is enough money on the card.

We will not accept your order until payment has been approved and the amount has been debited from your payment card. (Then sign the contract based on these terms and conditions). Shortly after placing the order, you can cancel (do not change) your order. You cannot change the order - you must cancel the order (and/or return items originally ordered) and then re-order.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. But rest assured, if there is a problem with the order, we will contact you.

Sometimes it may be necessary that we do not agree with the order, or that we have to close or block an account (even if we have confirmed your order earlier). For example, if we think there is a problem with the order or account. If you encounter this situation and you think we made a mistake, don't be offended, but contact customer service and they will be happy to discuss it with you.

 

Prices and product descriptions

From time to time, we try to provide you with correct prices, descriptions, or offers for your products. If we find an error in the goods you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the opportunity to reconfirm the order (at the correct price) or cancel the order.

If we are unable to contact you, we will consider canceling the order. If you cancel and have already paid, we will refund the full amount.

The price includes VAT (if applicable).

Depending on the amount of your order or the address you choose, delivery charges may also apply (see below). These additional costs are displayed during the checkout process and included in the 'total amount'.

 

Delivery

At Ticetrip we do our best to deliver all content on time, but sometimes there are delays, such as delays due to postal or courier companies, logistical problems, or bad weather conditions. We will keep you informed as much as possible, and usually, you should be able to follow the progress of the package.

If the delay or negligence is caused in whole or in part by circumstances beyond our control, we will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the Product. Returning an unwanted item?

We understand if something doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as a product is still in its original condition, we will accept free returns subject to the following rules, including reasonable use rules.

If you return the item within 20 days of receiving it, or when you are ready to pick it up, we will refund the item in full using the original payment method.

We will attempt to refund your returned item to the best of our ability within 30 days of receipt.

If you request a refund within the above timeframe, but for some reason cannot be refunded to us, please contact us and we will decide whether or not to refund you.

 

What follows

After the return period mentioned above, we do not accept the return of unwanted items. If you try to return an item, we may have to return the returned item to you and ask you to pay the shipping costs.

 

Proof of shipment

We strongly advise you to ask for proof of shipment.

 

Original condition

All items must be returned in their original condition and the original packaging with all cards.

All items will be inspected in the warehouse. Of course, it is fine to fit an item as you would in a store, but do not wear or use it. If you fit an item, please be careful (don't use unnecessary force) and don't wear makeup, perfume, or deodorant, this can leave stains or odors on the clothing.

If the item is returned to us for wear and tear, use, damage, or in unsalable condition, or if it is not returned to us as mentioned in the above instructions, we cannot refund you and may have to return the item to you. In that case, you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself. Besides, we may (at our sole discretion) choose to reduce your refund to reflect any decrease in the value of an item.

All returned items must be shipped in their original condition and packed where possible, including labels.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Reasonable use

If we observe an abnormal return method, it feels wrong: for example, if we suspect that someone actually makes a purchase and then returns, orders, and returns the product - much, much more often than even the most loyal Ticetrip customer would order or the returned items do not match the items that were ordered - then perhaps we should deactivate the account and all associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we made a mistake, please contact customer service so we can discuss it.

If your account has been deactivated and you need to return the item, please contact our customer service team. They will return the label to you, but you will bear the shipping costs.

Please note that we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return do not match what you ordered.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Your Information

Our privacy policy sets out how we use your information. If your information has changed, please remember to update 'My Account' so that we can continue to provide you with the best service possible.

At Ticetrip we like to get in touch with you and chat with you on social media. However, we have no control over these social media platforms or how you set up personal information on these platforms. Please check and set your privacy settings so that you understand how your personal information is used on these platforms and can adapt to them.

 

What you shouldn't do...

It may seem obvious, but you may not misuse or sabotage our websites, apps, or other services (for example, by cracking them, introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material, or DoS (denial of service) - conducting attacks, etc.) otherwise tamper with our technology or functionality, or stealing data from our customers. Doing these things can be a criminal offense, and they also prevent us from providing the best service to our loyal Ticetrip customers, so we take them very seriously. Ticetrip will report all such violations or activities to the relevant law enforcement authorities (including all information about the people who carry them out).

We encourage you to use anti-virus software when using websites, including our website. While we have a dedicated team working hard to ensure that no one interferes with our website, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be free of errors, viruses, or other causes of problems.

Also, you may not use any automated systems or software to extract data from our website (in other words (screen scraping)).

Please note that you agree to claim against all third party's liability, damages, and/or costs (including but not limited to legal fees) due to your use (or misuse) of this website or your violation of the terms and conditions.

 

Intellectual property rights, software, and content

Ticetrip owns the intellectual property rights to the website and its content or has the right to use them. These rights are protected all over the world. All similar permissions are reserved.

You can display, print, and store the content of our website for your personal use only. Unless you have our express permission, you may not use any part of the website for commercial purposes.

Besides, you may not use our Ticetrip logo or other brands or trademarks (or brands with very similar colors) without our express permission.
